MEET THE FOUNDER
Experienced leadership. A passion for helping others succeed.
Before founding Baghestani Consulting, Cameron served as Chief Operating Officer of a Tulsa-area organization with approximately 175 employees. His responsibilities spanned business operations, technology, systems, organizational improvement, and strategic initiatives.
Across his career, Cameron has led major initiatives including a $14 million building remodel, a headquarters relocation, and a branch acquisition involving a billion-dollar home health agency. He has also turned around struggling locations, driving growth while substantially improving profitability.
He finds his greatest professional fulfillment in solving challenging problems, finding better ways of doing business, and helping organizations—and the people within them—succeed.
That passion, combined with a desire to create something of his own and make a meaningful impact in his community, inspired him to establish Baghestani Consulting.
Today, Cameron brings his executive leadership experience, strategic perspective, and enthusiasm for practical innovation to local owners seeking a trusted partner in their success.
